Manchester City winger Jérémy Doku has hailed playmaker Kevin De Bruyne ( KDB ) as an undisputed club legend, both in terms of his achievements and his attitude, and will follow his example to ensure he does not lose the reputation of his fellow Belgians.
KDB is out of contract with City at the end of the season without an extension, bringing an end to a decade at the Etihad Stadium where he has won every major trophy.
Although Doku did not make it in time for the 2022-23 treble-winning season, he has been following De Bruyne’s performance all along and dares to say that he is another legend of the ‘Sky Blues’.
“He’s a legend here, he’s a gem and he’s won so many trophies. he told the club’s official website.
“He left behind so many great memories, the fans were crazy about him and that’s normal when he gave so much to this club.”
“Kevin has won so many trophies. Whenever I look at the squad to see who has had success with us, he’s always there.”
“If you really look at the current squad, De Bruyne has been around the longest, maybe even before boss Pep Guardiola. So he is unashamedly consider a legend and deserves to be respecte.”

Before the final against Crystal Palace ( May 17 ), City still have work to do , which is to hunt for a Champions League ticket from the English Premier League position, starting with the game against Wolves ( May 2 ).
